Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services and quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. A written or emailed booking confirmation and deposit are required to reserve a date.

Payment

A 50% deposit is due at booking and the balance is due on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late balances may delay delivery of final files.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Weather-affected exterior shoots are rescheduled at no charge. Other changes require at least 48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot unless we agree to reschedule.

Copyright and license

We own the copyright in all photographs, video, and designs we create. On full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your business marketing, website, print, and social media. Resale, stock licensing, or transfer of the license requires our written consent.

Our portfolio use

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the shoot, we may display the images in our portfolio and marketing.

Site access and safety

You are responsible for providing lawful access to the shoot location and for informing us of site hazards. Property owners are responsible for obtaining any releases needed for people or private property in the images.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
